President Uhuru at past event [Source/The Presidency]
President Uhuru Kenyatta On Tuesday of January 14th 2020 reshuffled his Cabinet.
While in Mombasa County, Uhuru read out a new list of his Cabinet before he categorically said those who had not appeared on the list had been fired.
Agriculture CS Mwangi Kiunjuri did not make it to the Uhuru’s new list, a clear indication he has been fired.
The new Cabinet is as follows:
Monica Juma, she has been moved from Foreign Affairs Ministry to Defence.
Defence CS Raychelle Omamo has been moved to Foreign Affairs.
Ukur Yatani has now been confirmed to be the Finance Ministry, Before then he was on acting terms after former CS Henry Rotich, was shown the door in last year.
Peter Munya has replaced fired Agriculture CS Mwangi Kiunjuri. Before then he was heading the Trade and Industrialization Ministry.
Munya has been replaced by Betty Maina.
The Labour docket which was under Ukur Yatani has entrusted to Water CS Simon Chelugui.
Sicily Kariuki shifts from Health to water and finally Mutahi Kagwe takes over from Sicily Kariuki.
