Wasafi Records’ CEO, Diamond Platnumz, will again be skipping his wedding plans on Valentine Day, 14 February.
Diamond had earlier in 2019 revealed that she was to wed his Kenyan lover, Tanasha Donna, on 14th February, 2019, and the wedding was to take at least four days.
“The wedding will be on Valentine’s Day, it will be on a Thursday, so my wedding will take four days, from Thursday to Sunday (Nimepanga harusi yangu iwe Valentine mwaka huo. Valentine itakua siku ya Alhamisi, kwa hivo Alhamisi, Ijumaa, Jumamosi hadi Jumapili itakua harusi yangu),” said Diamond
More so, he even gave good reasons why he to marry in 2019.
“I have done so much investments and I need a woman who can help me in managing them (Nataka sana kuoa huo mwaka. Sababu nina kila sababu ya kuoa..imetosha, nimefanya vitu vingi, biashara, nina tv, redio, Diamond Karanga, record label, nahitaji mwanamke ambaye ataweza kuvihandle hivi vitu),” he added.
Unexpectedly, Diamond postponed his wedding plans to unknown date. He said the wedding was to be attended by highly celebrated stars from all over the world, the need to give it enough preparation time.
During his step-sister, Queen Darleen’s wedding, Diamond revealed that since all his close family members had been married, he said 2020 should be his.
It was expected the ‘Sikomi’ hitmaker will again settle on Valentine Day, 14th Feb 2020, to be his wedding day.
According to his 2020 performance tour schedule, Diamond will busy almost the whole of February month.
In fact on 15th February, he will be in Naivasha Kenya for a show, then fly to Ethiopia and later to the US, a clear indication there will be no wedding plans.
